When you join Apollo Blinds as a new franchisee, you’ll take part in a rigorous and detailed training and induction programme to both welcome you aboard and set you and your business up for a successful start.
However, it’s important to note that your training doesn’t end there. We provide ongoing product training alongside expert sales and marketing support to ensure that your business benefits from consistently high sales and conversion rates.
Our ongoing training and support focus on:
- Marketing training: our marketing and PR experts provide advice and support to enable you to maximise awareness of your franchise locally
- Product and fitting training: practical, hands-on training delivered by our window blinds experts in the field. You’ll get familiar with our extensive range of beautiful, high-quality products and will be able to advise customers exactly which blinds are the best solutions for them
- Sales training: we introduce you to our carefully constructed sales process and give you the ability to showcase our blinds in such a way as to entice customers and achieve great sales
We also run quarterly meetings with all the franchisees in your area so that you can meet one another and share your experiences while learning from one another.
