While there is a clear process, we have incorporated lots of flexibility to accommodate a range of people joining our network. Some people who have joined us had very strong sales skills but little practical experience, so there was particular emphasis on teaching and reinforcing product information and installation skills.

Likewise, we have some very skilled craftspeople, so their training placed more emphasis on business and sales skills.

Our business support team have a wealth of commercial knowledge and play a key role in working alongside you to plan and implement growth plans. Our marketing team apply a range of tactics to raise the profile of your business in your area, and enquiries flow from day one. And then there’s our product support team, who track the manufacture and dispatch of your orders.
