A resale opportunity has arisen for a flagship franchise within the Apollo Blinds network. We recently celebrated our 50th anniversary, and the existing franchise owner who operates the territory for Central Glasgow, the West End, Renfrew and Paisley is looking to retire by mid-2023.

This is an established business with a near 50/50 split between residential and commercial business. The current franchise has established an extensive base of repeat business from commercial clients with running contracts and there are a number of commercial projects that will be carried forward into 2023 for the new owner to fulfil.

Turnover for the year 2021-22 was £448,000, and there are more than 15 years of accounts available to be viewed.

Currently, the business has a compact city centre showroom on Argyle Street, and the current lease runs to May 2023. Either this can be renewed or the franchisor is happy to look at the potential to relocate beyond then.

Purchase of this business would include a new five-year renewable franchise agreement with Apollo Blinds at no further cost.
